According to this article, kids in Japan have as much computer skills as their 50 yr old counter-parts… slim to none, caused by their ridiculously awesome mobile phones that can do everything entertainment related that a PC can do.
The irony of this of course is that this is creating a whole generation of youths with difficulties entering a white-collar job where they actually need to use a computer. Just think of the bewilderment they must feel when sitting infront of a computer and using something what must seem so … backwards to them. Geez, our entire generation must seems so backwards to them.
We’re so behind…but at least everyone else is too
UPDATE: On second thought, maybe if you sat a Japanese teen infront of a North American teen playing some sort of video game,I bet the Japanese teen would be pretty blown away since they aren’t exposed to PC gaming much.
